Other Ways to Donate

There are lots of ways we fundraise to try to cover our vet bills.

We also collect unwanted gold and foreign coins and notes. Please drop off any donations at our monthly rehoming shows or please message Ehren on 07969 318 443.

Goldie’s collect unwanted items for boot sales and also second hand clothes. We have two drop off points, one in Hornchurch and another in Chelmsford. Please send us a message through our website to arrange dropping off your clothes donation.

To raise easy, FREE money, instead of going directly to the retailer website, log into easyfundraising first and click on the retailer you want to shop with. You’ll then be taken to the retailer’s website where you shop as you would normally. But because you visited easyfundraising first, your cause gets a donation. It really is that simple. It only takes 5 minutes to register, and every three months easyfundraising total up how much the supporters of each cause have raised and they send us a cheque. Search for ‘Goldie’s Oldies Cat Rescue’ to chose us as your nominated charity. Last quarter we raised £167 via Easyfundraising, so an extra click is really worth it!

You can always hold your own fundraisers such as mufti/dress down day at work, a bake sale or afternoon tea, or why not host a clothes swap night with your friends. These are only suggestions, and there are lots of other ways you can fundraise, why not do a quick search on Google for more ideas!
