Dolly (ADOPTED)

DOLLY

Dolly found herself at Goldie’s after her previous owner had turfed her out and she ended up seeking shelter in a kind lady’s shed. Luckily that kind lady fed and watered her, but unfortunately the resident (naughty tortie!) cat wouldn’t accept Dolly into the home, so Goldie’s was contacted before the bad winter weather fully set in.

Despite being timid, she’s very friendly and on the occasion her foster mum can swoop in for a cuddle, Dolly is all purrs! Whilst she is a scaredy puss, we know that one day our Dollypops will make a wonderful companion (and possibly even a lap cat!), so see no point in delaying finding her a forever home. Her ‘purrrfect’ forever home would be a quite one, so an adult only home or a home with adult children, where she can learn to relax and trust her new human family. She could possibly live with another cat who is laid back. Dolly has not been dog tested, but we would consider homes with a small dog who is cat savvy and would not pester Dolly.

Dolly is estimate is be approximately 10 years young. She is fully vaccinated, wormed and flea treated with vet prescription products, chipped and neutered. Goldie’s cat Rescue also blood test all of their older kitties and her results should that she is in perfect health, meaning that her adoptor could get her easily insured should they wish to.
