Lenny is very a loving, affectionate boy, he loves all humans and is always read for a good old fuss and a cuddle. It’s surprising how much love he has to give his human friends, especially considering that he has previous been shot with an air rifle.
He’s got a purr like a freight train! Often found lounging in his bean bag most of the day, but an outdoor space (whether is be a garden or an enclosed balcony) would be important too as during what little bit of summer we have had he has spent most of it sun bathing on the shed roof.
He loves his food and is front of the queue at dinner time, and can live with a laid back kitty and potentially calm younger children. This love of food is important as he is on medication, which he readily takes pressed into a little bit of cheese Lenny has hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (heart condition) and very high blood pressure. He has also had a thyroid gland removed.He uses his litter tray and has never had one accident (knock on wood!!!).
He would most definitely not complain about being an only cat set-up or could live with very laid back kitty housemate would be ideal, as he does get quite stressed around others. We have a dental booked for Friday this week and then his smile will hopefully be a sunny as the rest of him. He will then be ready to find the forever foster home he deserves, where this boy is spoilt rotten. He is 8 years young.(A special thank you to Tracey who has been temporarily fostering him, just so we could save his life and sort out his veterinary treatments, to make it easier to find a forever foster home for him)
